Welcome to Aloha Card Shop. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.alohacardshop.com and purchases made from Aloha Card Shop, including online orders, shipping orders, and orders placed for in-store pickup.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing merchandise from Aloha Card Shop, you agree to these Terms.

1. GENERAL TERMS

Aloha Card Shop sells trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, graded cards, accessories, and related merchandise.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel or limit orders, restrict quantities, or decline transactions when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been confirmed and successfully processed.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, Aloha Card Shop does not accept returns, exchanges, merchandise credits, or refund requests after a completed sale.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders should be considered final once submitted.

Aloha Card Shop is not obligated to approve a customer's request to cancel an order.

If Aloha Card Shop agrees to a customer-requested cancellation, the cancellation may be subject to a 10% customer cancellation fee, where permitted by applicable law.

The cancellation fee may also apply to canceled or unclaimed in-store pickup orders where permitted by law.

If Aloha Card Shop cancels an order because we are unable to fulfill it, including because of an inventory error or another issue on our end, the customer will receive the appropriate refund without a customer cancellation fee.

4. IN-STORE PICKUP ORDERS

Customers selecting in-store pickup are responsible for picking up their order from the selected Aloha Card Shop location.

Please wait until you receive your “Ready for Pickup” notification before coming to the store.

Completing checkout does not mean your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup orders must be collected within any pickup period communicated by Aloha Card Shop.

Failure to pick up an order does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund.

If an unclaimed pickup order is canceled, a 10% customer cancellation fee may be deducted from the amount refunded, where permitted by applicable law.

5. TRADING CARDS & COLLECTIBLES

Trading cards and collectibles may have subjective condition characteristics.

Unless a specific condition or grade is expressly stated, customers should review all available photographs, descriptions, and product information before purchasing.

Minor manufacturing variations, print defects, centering differences, surface imperfections, packaging variations, or other characteristics commonly associated with trading cards and collectibles do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Aloha Card Shop does not guarantee that an ungraded card will receive any particular grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, or any other grading company.

6. MARKET PRICE CHANGES

The market value of trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, and other merchandise may change rapidly.

Changes in market value after an order is placed do not create a right to cancel, return, exchange, or receive a price adjustment.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product names, images, conditions, descriptions, pricing, and availability. Errors may occasionally occur.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typographical, technical, inventory, or system error, Aloha Card Shop may cancel the affected transaction.

If we cancel an order because of an error on our end, the customer will receive the appropriate refund without a customer cancellation fee.

8. INVENTORY & AVAILABILITY

Inventory may be shared or synchronized between our website and physical retail locations.

Because products may be sold through multiple sales channels, an item appearing available online may occasionally become unavailable before fulfillment.

If we cannot fulfill an item, we may contact the customer, remove the unavailable item where appropriate, or cancel the affected transaction and issue the appropriate refund.

9. PAYMENT

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be authorized or additional verification is required.

10. SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Aloha Card Shop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, carrier disruptions, weather, natural disasters, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. PREORDERS & SPECIAL ORDERS

Preorders, special orders, and products specifically obtained or reserved for a customer may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, preorder and special-order purchases should be considered final.

Release dates supplied by manufacturers or distributors may change.

12. ORDER LIMITS

Aloha Card Shop may impose purchase limits on certain products.

We may cancel orders reasonably believed to circumvent quantity limits, involve fraudulent activity, or otherwise violate these Terms.

13. PROMOTIONS

Promotional offers, coupon codes, discounts, and special pricing may have separate eligibility requirements and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, discounts cannot be applied retroactively and promotions cannot be combined.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, grading companies, event platforms, social media services, and other providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Aloha Card Shop branding, original website content, graphics, photographs, designs, and other materials created by or for Aloha Card Shop are owned by or licensed to Aloha Card Shop unless otherwise stated.

Third-party trademarks, game names, artwork, logos, character names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

16. PROHIBITED USES

Customers may not use our website or services to commit fraud, engage in unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, circumvent purchase limits or security measures, misrepresent identity or payment information, or interfere with operation of the website.

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We attempt to keep our website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

18. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, protections, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Aloha Card Shop may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes become effective when updated Terms are posted to our website unless otherwise stated or required by law.

CUSTOMER-REQUESTED ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELED OR UNCLAIMED PICKUP ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 10% CUSTOMER CANCELLATION FEE WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.
