The prize consists of two (2) tickets to the USA vs. Australia FIFA World Cup 26 match at Lumen Field, Seattle on June 19, 2026; two (2) round-trip flight vouchers; and one (1) $2,500 Visa gift card. Total approximate retail value is $10,000+.

No cash value. No refunds. No substitutions. The prize, including any individual component (match tickets, flight vouchers, or Visa gift card), has no cash redemption value, is not refundable, and is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods or services except at the Sponsors' sole discretion. Once issued, the prize is final — there are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or do-overs for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellation, schedule changes, weather, illness, travel disruptions, change of plans, or inability to attend.

Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-sellable. Winner may not sell, trade, transfer, assign, gift, auction, raffle, barter, or otherwise convey any portion of the prize to any other person or entity. Match tickets, flight vouchers, and the gift card will be issued in the winner's legal name only. Any attempt to resell, transfer, or otherwise monetize any portion of the prize will result in immediate forfeiture of the entire prize, with no replacement or compensation. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any portion of the prize with one of equal or greater value if the original is unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsors' control.

Winner is fully and solely responsible for booking and paying for all travel and accommodations. This includes — but is not limited to — booking their own flights, hotels, lodging, ground transportation (rideshare, taxi, rental car, parking, gas, tolls), meals, baggage fees, seat selection, upgrades, travel insurance, mobile data, and any and all other incidental costs related to attending the match. The Sponsors will not book travel, accommodations, or any other arrangements on behalf of the winner.

The flight vouchers and the $2,500 Visa gift card are a contribution toward expenses, not a guarantee of full coverage. The two (2) round-trip flight vouchers are subject to the issuing carrier's full terms and conditions, including blackout dates, route and fare availability, booking windows and deadlines, expiration dates, change/cancellation fees, baggage policies, and may not cover taxes, government fees, baggage, seat selection, or upgrades. The $2,500 Visa gift card is subject to the issuing bank's cardholder agreement and expiration terms. If actual travel, lodging, and related costs exceed the combined value of the vouchers and the gift card, the winner is solely responsible for paying the difference out of pocket.

The match itself is a separate event run by FIFA and the host venue. Sponsors are not responsible for, and provide no guarantee against, any of the following: travel delays, missed connections, lost or damaged baggage, flight cancellations, hotel overbooking, booking errors, denied boarding, denied entry, ticket scanning issues, event postponement, schedule changes, weather, force majeure, illness, injury, lost or stolen tickets, or the winner's or guest's inability to attend for any reason whatsoever. Once travel is booked or tickets are issued, the prize is considered delivered and no refund or replacement will be provided.

Winner and guest must each hold valid government-issued photo ID, any required travel documents, and meet all carrier, venue, and event entry requirements at their own expense. Winner is responsible for ensuring their guest also complies with all rules and requirements; the Sponsors are not responsible for the conduct or eligibility of the winner's guest.

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and may be required to complete applicable tax documentation, including IRS Form 1099.

Fair play & anti-cheating. All entries are subject to verification and approval. Sponsors reserve the sole right to disqualify any participant — and to void all of their entries — for any conduct that, in the Sponsors' reasonable judgment, attempts to cheat, abuse, undermine, or unfairly manipulate the giveaway, the rules, or the entry process. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: using fake, duplicate, secondary, or burner Instagram accounts; using bots, scripts, automation, or any third-party services to enter or generate engagement; tagging accounts that are not real people, are inactive, or are tagged without their knowledge or consent; coordinating with others to inflate entry counts; submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information; impersonating another person or entity; tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the giveaway; or violating Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines. Sponsors may, at their sole discretion, request reasonable proof of identity, eligibility, and authentic engagement before awarding the prize. Failure to provide such proof, or any indication of prohibited conduct, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, even after a winner has been announced.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.

Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason.
