Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED, EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED IN SECTIONS 8–11 BELOW. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. THE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED ON OR ABOUT THE DATE STATED IN THE GIVEAWAY POST AND IN ANY EVENT WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE ENTRY PERIOD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. NOT OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF NEW YORK OR FLORIDA.

In the event that, due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control — including but not limited to FIFA / World Cup 26 cancellation, postponement, relocation, or modification — the Prize (or any portion of it) cannot be awarded as described, Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value or may not award some or all Prize components, and will notify entrants as required by HRS §481B-1.6(e)(1).

1. Sponsor

The “Aloha World Cup Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Aloha Card Shop LLC, 320 Ward Ave #200, Honolulu, HI 96814 (“Sponsor”). Keep It Aloha and Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union are co-promotional partners (collectively with Sponsor, the “Released Parties”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Promotion is NOT open to, and entries will NOT be accepted from, residents of New York or Florida. Any entry submitted by a resident of New York or Florida is void and will be disqualified, and any such individual is not eligible to win. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, the Released Parties, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Promotion, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins on the date the giveaway post goes live on Instagram and ends on the date posted in the giveaway post (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter

Residents of New York and Florida are not eligible and may not enter by any method. There are two methods of entry, each of equal dignity: (A) the Instagram Method, and (B) the Free Mail-In Method (AMOE). No method of entry confers a greater chance of winning than any other; each eligible action under either method yields the same number of entries.

(A) Instagram Method. Follow @alohacardshop, @apfcu, and @keepitalohapod on Instagram, like the giveaway post, and comment on the giveaway post. This earns one (1) base entry per person. Only the first comment from any account counts toward the base entry. Tag-a-Friend Bonus Entries: entrants may earn one (1) additional entry for each unique friend tagged in a comment on the giveaway post, up to a maximum of ten (10) tag-a-friend bonus entries per person. Tags must be of distinct, individual personal Instagram accounts; tagging the same person more than once, tagging the entrant’s own account, tagging brand/business/celebrity accounts, tagging inactive or fake accounts, tagging members of Sponsor or the Released Parties, or any other manipulation will not earn additional entries and may result in disqualification. Sponsor’s determination of which tags qualify is final. Location Bonus Entries: entrants may earn up to two (2) additional entries per day per Aloha Card Shop physical location by posting an Instagram photo from inside or in front of an Aloha Card Shop location, tagging @alohacardshop, tagging the location, and using #AlohaWorldCup. Multiple Instagram accounts per person are prohibited and will result in disqualification of all related entries.

(B) Free Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase or Social Media Necessary. To enter without using social media, mail a 3×5 card with your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, email, and date of birth to: Aloha World Cup Giveaway AMOE, Aloha Card Shop, 320 Ward Ave #200, Honolulu, HI 96814. One (1) AMOE entry per envelope counts as one (1) base entry, equal in dignity to the Instagram base entry. AMOE entrants may also earn the same bonus entries available under the Instagram Method on equal terms: (i) Tag-a-Friend Bonus Entries — list on a separate 3×5 card, in handwriting, the words “Aloha World Cup Tag-a-Friend Bonus Entry” followed by up to ten (10) unique friend names and (where known) Instagram handles; each unique, distinct individual personal name listed counts as one (1) bonus entry, up to a maximum of ten (10) per AMOE entrant; duplicates, the entrant’s own name, brand/business/celebrity names, and fake or non-existent persons do not count; (ii) Location Bonus Entries — list on a separate 3×5 card, in handwriting, the words “Aloha World Cup Location Bonus Entry,” the Aloha Card Shop location visited, and the date of the visit; each such bonus card counts as one (1) bonus entry, up to two (2) per day per location, on the same terms as the Instagram Location Bonus Entries. AMOE entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within seven (7) days of the end of the Entry Period. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Each entry method confers the same probability of selection per entry; AMOE entries and Instagram entries are pooled together for the random drawing.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: (a) two (2) tickets to one (1) international soccer match held in the United States in 2026, in a category and venue selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (approximate retail value up to USD $5,000 total); and (b) one (1) general-purpose, open-loop prepaid gift card (such as a Visa^®, Mastercard^®, or American Express^® branded prepaid card) in the amount of USD $3,000, redeemable wherever the underlying card network is accepted (collectively, the “Prize”). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize: USD $8,000. Only one (1) Prize will be awarded. The specific match, date, venue, seat location, and ticket category are determined by Sponsor and may change. The prepaid gift card is not earmarked for any specific category of expense; the winner has sole discretion over how to use it. Sponsor does not arrange, book, broker, or sell airfare, lodging, ground transportation, or any other travel services on the winner’s behalf, and Sponsor is not acting as an intermediary between the winner and any travel service provider. The Prize does not include airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, parking, taxes, fees, gratuities, travel insurance, ticket-broker fees, FIFA Fan ID or accreditation costs, passport or visa fees, or any other expense of any kind. If the winner chooses to use any portion of the prepaid gift card toward travel and actual travel costs exceed the gift card amount, the winner is solely responsible for the difference. The gift card is subject to the issuing brand’s terms and conditions; Sponsor is not the gift card issuer.

6. Prize Restrictions — Non-Transferable, Non-Sellable

The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-sellable. Winner may not sell, trade, transfer, assign, gift, auction, raffle, or otherwise convey any portion of the Prize (tickets or gift card) to any other person or entity. Tickets and the gift card will be issued in the winner’s legal name. Any attempt to resell, transfer, list on any secondary market, or use the Prize for commercial or promotional purposes will result in forfeiture of the entire Prize without compensation, and Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate the tickets and select an alternate winner. The Prize may not be exchanged for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Gift cards awarded as part of this Promotion are issued as prizes in a promotional program in which no money or value is paid by the recipient to Sponsor in exchange for the gift cards, and are therefore subject to the promotional exemption under HRS §481B-13(d). Any expiration dates applicable to specific gift cards will be stated on the card or accompanying documentation at the time of Prize fulfillment.

7. Travel Is the Winner’s Responsibility

Winner is fully and solely responsible for booking and paying for all travel, including but not limited to airfare, hotel and lodging, ground transportation, meals, parking, baggage fees, and incidentals. Winner must hold valid government-issued photo identification and any required travel, FIFA, or venue credentials. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, booking errors, denied boarding, lost luggage, illness, injury, weather, or any other circumstance that prevents the winner from attending the match. If the winner is unable to attend for any reason, the Prize is forfeited and no substitute, refund, or cash equivalent will be provided.

8. Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Relocation

Sponsor is not the organizer, operator, or ticket issuer of any soccer match. If the match associated with the Prize is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, played without spectators, played in a different venue, restricted by capacity, or otherwise materially changed for any reason — including but not limited to acts of God, weather, natural disaster, fire, earthquake, hurricane, tsunami, flood, pandemic, epidemic, public-health emergency, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, regulatory or league decision, FIFA decision, U.S. Soccer Federation decision, host-city decision, venue decision, broadcaster decision, labor dispute, strike, transportation failure, infrastructure failure, internet or telecommunications failure, computer or system error, or any other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control (each, a “Force Majeure Event”) — Sponsor’s sole obligation, in its sole discretion, is one of the following: (i) provide tickets to the rescheduled match if available to Sponsor on commercially reasonable terms; (ii) provide tickets to a comparable alternate match selected by Sponsor; or (iii) provide a substitute prize of equal or lesser ARV (which may include cash, gift cards, or merchandise). Sponsor has no obligation to refund or compensate the winner for any travel, lodging, time, or other costs incurred in reliance on attending the original match.

9. Force Majeure / Promotion Force Majeure

If, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason — including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, Instagram or Meta platform changes, account suspension, removal of the giveaway post, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion — Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, extend, or shorten the Promotion and to select the winner from eligible entries received up to that point.

10. Substitution

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize (or any portion of it) with a prize of equal or lesser approximate retail value if the original Prize, or any element of it, becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to ticket-supply limitations, vendor failure, market price changes, or any Force Majeure Event. No cash redemption except at Sponsor’s discretion.

11. Ticket Acquisition Contingency

The award of the ticket portion of the Prize is contingent on Sponsor’s ability to obtain tickets through customary commercial channels. If Sponsor is unable to obtain the tickets at a commercially reasonable price or in time for the match, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or lesser ARV per Section 10.

12. Winner Selection & Notification

Within seven (7) days after the end of the Entry Period, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee. Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or by the contact information provided. Winner must respond and confirm acceptance within five (5) calendar days of the first notification attempt. If the winner does not respond, is found ineligible, declines the Prize, fails to comply with these Rules, or cannot be reached, the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries or leave the Prize un-awarded.

13. Verification & Affidavit

Sponsor reserves the right to require the potential winner to provide proof of identity, age, residence, eligibility, and compliance with these Rules, and to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful), and IRS Form W-9 within five (5) calendar days of receipt. Failure to return any required documentation within the time required will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

14. Taxes

All federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, levies, and surcharges associated with receipt or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize ARV will be reported to the IRS and, where applicable, to the Hawaii Department of Taxation on IRS Form 1099-MISC (or equivalent form) if the ARV exceeds $600. A completed IRS Form W-9 is required from the winner prior to Prize delivery. Hawaii residents are advised that prize winnings are subject to Hawaii state income tax under HRS Chapter 235, in addition to federal income tax.

15. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting the Prize the winner grants Sponsor and the other Released Parties the right to use the winner’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, video, biographical information, comments, Instagram handle, and Prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or approval, unless prohibited by law.

16. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Aloha Card Shop LLC and its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Sponsor Releasees”), and the other Released Parties and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries (including death), costs, and expenses of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion; acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize; or any Force Majeure Event, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the laws of the State of Hawaii. This release does not apply to claims arising from a Sponsor Releasee’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct, and nothing in these Rules limits any right that cannot be waived under Hawaii law (including HRS §487N-2 data-breach obligations). Entrants further acknowledge that travel-related elements of the Prize (airlines, hotels, ground transportation) and the match itself (FIFA, U.S. Soccer Federation, host venue, ticket vendors) are provided, operated, or controlled by independent third parties; Sponsor is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any such third party, and Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding any third-party product, service, or experience. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to the winner.

17. Disputes & Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu County, Hawaii, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Rules limits any entrant’s right to bring an individual claim in small claims court of competent jurisdiction, to seek injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction, or to file a complaint with the Hawaii Office of Consumer Protection or any applicable state consumer protection agency in the entrant’s state of residence. To the extent permitted by law, entrants waive the right to participate in any class action or class arbitration. Each entrant’s remedy is strictly limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering the Promotion and in no event will the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees.

18. Privacy & Data Security

Sponsor collects entry data (name, email address, social media handle, and AMOE postal information) solely for purposes of administering the Promotion. The winner’s IRS Form W-9 information (including Social Security Number or taxpayer identification number) is collected solely for tax reporting as required by federal and Hawaii law and is stored using commercially reasonable security measures. Sponsor does not sell or rent entrant personal information to third parties. Sponsor will notify affected Hawaii residents of any security breach involving personal information without unreasonable delay, as required by HRS §487N-2. No provision of these Rules is intended to, or may be construed to, waive any right that cannot be waived under HRS §487N. 19. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., FIFA, U.S. Soccer Federation, Lumen Field, the Seattle Seahawks, the Seattle Sounders, the Host City of any match, or any participating national team or player. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to this Promotion. Use of any third-party trademarks is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

20. Winner List & Official Rules

For a copy of the winner’s name (available after winner confirmation) or these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address in Section 1 within sixty (60) days after the end of the Entry Period.
